Ordering & Delivery
The majority of our products are made to order, but some products are being kept in low quantities so please allow 3-10 working days for dispatch depending on the number of orders during the period of your purchase. The estimate time for delivery is showed on a product page.
Payments on the boholights.com can be made using secure online payment system “Stripe” that accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express and Paypal. Once an order on boholights.com is placed, you will receive an email with payment confirmation (our emails might be delivered to your ‘inbox’ or ‘junk folder’) . Another email with the dispatch notification will be sent to you, once the item is being shipped.
All orders are dispatched using FedEx and DPD courier service with full tracking and will require a signature.
Orders/Cancellation, Refunds & Returns
If you have any questions about your order, either prior to purchase or after, please contact me via the contact us page (please check your junk mail folder just in case our response got delivered there instead of your inbox).
If for any reason you change your mind you may contact us within 2 days to cancel your order. If your order has already been dispatched, simply let us know and return the item to the address provided at your expense.
If after receiving your goods you are unhappy for any reason and wish to ask for an exchange or refund, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order.
Please note the items should be returned to the address provided by me in the original packaging and condition. On receipt of the items being returned in satisfactory condition we will process your exchange or refund to your card used for payment.
In the unfortunate case of your item being found to be faulty, we will refund the total amount including postage or offer an alternate product if applicable.
